Gavin and his trainee (I've forgotten his name) were so polite and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done in no time. Arrived when promised! Gavin worked around my two visiting grandpuppies, taking their supervision well!

Tuesday, August 29th we had both the plumber Jim B and the HVAC guy Ryan in my home. They both were wonderful.
Friday, April 19th Mark was here taking a look at a leak that has been causing damage to our home, enough that we have to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Mark found the problem and has fixed it pretty easily. I love that this company doesn't lie and say the problem is more than it is so they could overcharge. Rolf Griffin is an honest company, and for that I am grateful!!!

Gavin was awesome. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he also took the time to engage with my teenage son and include him in conversations about the system. That may seem like a small thing, but not everyone takes the time to connect with teenagers and make them feel acknowledged.
Gavin was professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure we understood everything about our home's HVAC system. He Spotted a Critical Problem
Dan happened to stop by while we were having an air conditioning annual maintenance. He spotted a critical problem with our water heater. If left undone, it would have been a disaster! We ended up purchasing a new water heater and water softener. Joel installed such, and his work was super.
