Mr. Anderson was excellent, very experienced, and knowledgeable. He helped us before with a foot of water in our crawlspace, replacing a hot water tank and sump pump from a water main break on my neighbor's property. This was an easy toilet issue.

The tech Shawn was awesome. He was very helpful answering my questions. When he was outside cleaning my A/C, he actually cleaned off the gates, which was never done before. They were very dirty.

Sump pump not working properly. Raushan inspected pump and quickly found issue/defects in pump. Recommended replacing pump, which was still under warranty.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and very efficient and was able to diagnose the situation in about 5 minutes. There was a breaker off on the main panel, and that was all it needed to be able to start cooling the house again. I highly recommend Geisel HVAC as a very reputable company and will use them again when the situation arises.

Another great experience with Geisel, this is why I always recommend them. They called to schedule yearly maintenance for my AC. The tech, Shawn, gave me a call to say he was on his way well within the arrival window. He went above and beyond, cleaned the AC unit thoroughly on a super hot day, and diagnosed some issues that could make the unit fail if they weren't addressed. Easy to schedule, great communication all around including the office and the tech, solid expertise and options moving forward. I couldn't be happier (and soon the over-refrigerated AC will be, too).

Came Out Same Day on a Super Hot Day
My AC died on a super hot day and this company came out the same day. Their technicians were friendly and professional. Dale went above and beyond in making sure our cooling unit was good to go. We plan on signing up for regular maintenance now.

Zac Was So Wonderful
Zac was so wonderful! He was professional, prompt, super knowledgeable even though he was new to the industry/Geisel, extremely kind to my elderly parents, and went beyond the job to help clean up the area. He also took the extra time to explain what was going on and how to prevent future problems. We鈥檝e used Geisel a few times due to issues from previous owners, and Zac has truly been the best one so far. Highly recommend!

Our main water valve repair and replacement
Our main water valve was needing a major repair and replacement. In addition, the valve was leaking but was replaced by Zack at Geisel. Zack coordinated with the Elyria Water System for the new system. Water was turned off for the repairs. This was about a 4 hour job.
Super Professional and Courteous
Had a problem with our furnace. Steve S. arranged to come earlier than the appointment (much to our delight) and took care of the problem in short order. Steve is super professional, thorough, and courteous - an all-around great guy. We've been very happy with Geisel and their team.

Very impressed with the thorough, professional, and comprehensive job done by Steve as he came out for the annual check-up of my AC system. Unfortunately, my unit is 20 years old, and he found a couple of issues of concern. I'm having a new unit quoted as an option to keeping the 20-year-old unit alive. Hopeful for a good price/performance option.
