Outstanding Service Technician
After my quarterly inspection, it was recommended that my 7-year-old system be cleaned and UV light replaced. Alex Alvarado was my service technician and was outstanding. He was very professional and accommodating with a can-do attitude. He took great care in cleaning and doing maintenance to our HVAC system and provided a thorough explanation of everything he did with a photo record.

Scott was very patient and helpful in understanding my situation as to affording a new HVAC system. He provided repair options vs. replacement which in my case (unit < 20 years old) was no longer an option. He looked at options as to in-house financing or the Advantage Program (leasing). Today, Saturday, March 14th, 2026, I had Technician Wendell Steen for my maintenance service. He is personable and easy to work with. As I did with previous technicians that appeared overly knowledgeable, I will from now on request Wendell鈥檚 return for all or any service issues!

David Gonzalez came and did an HVAC inspection, something that is included with my monthly service plan, and did a great job. He identified two areas that I should fix, and fixed them the next day. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Definitely recommend this company. I always get skeptical if HomeServ will send out someone good and trustworthy, and they did. The gentleman they had come out was Francisco. I had a lot of questions, and he answered all of them and gave me a lot of useful information. I even requested that they send him out when they come back for the spring maintenance. Very knowledgeable and very modest. I will definitely be using this company from now on. The very next time they sent out David for my spring maintenance since they weren鈥檛 able to send out Francisco, and Mr. David was just as friendly and knowledgeable, as well as very patient with all my questions.
