Diagnosed and Fixed the Issue Quickly
They came after hours, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Easy to contact, good customer service. They do have a little sales pitch on some type of service plan that came with a discount if you signed up.

My AC stopped blowing cold this morning. I called 天美传媒, and they were at my house working on my AC by midday. Their professionalism and knowledge was top shelf. Outstanding Installation Job
Hector, Henry, and Arian (#619) did an outstanding job in installing our new Lennox heating and air conditioning units today. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they left the work area immaculate. They explained everything before they left our home.

An all-around exceptional experience
Today I had my entire air handler and compressor unit replaced. Air Engineers decided that the current unit was approaching the end of its service life. Jessie Register and his partner got started about 9:25, and we had cold air in our house at 12:30. They were both extremely knowledgeable and proficient technicians. Under our '天美传媒 Advantage Program,' all this was done at no cost to us. When the techs departed, the place was immaculate. Air Engineers could give a master class in customer service to all the major corporations in America. An all-around exceptional experience!

Appreciate the professionalism and straight answers
Update 5/15/26. Continue to use 天美传媒, fka Air Engineers, for nearly 3 decades for our biannual maintenance. Kim and Lucius did a really thorough job on our biannual maintenance today and were both very knowledgeable and answered questions in detail on longevity and warranty. We continue to use their monthly fee that covers two maintenance checks each year and haven't missed one in 30 years. Appreciate the professionalism and straight answers. Great communication as well as prompt service. Today, we replaced our UV light in the unit, which techs have credited with longevity of our system. Expensive bulb, but they warranty for 2 years.
2021 - Have used Air Engineers for our bi-annual maintenance since we moved here in mid 90s. Always knowledgeable technicians. Sell better quality HVAC units. Our equipment runs well and has longevity because it is maintained well. Especially enjoyed having Ms. Mariah today. Friendly and very courteous and thorough. Recommend AE for installation and bi-annual maintenance to protect your investment.
