Had Me Up and Running
Air conditioning quit cooling last night. It was 81掳 in the house all night. Called this morning, and Robbie and John were here by 12:30. Had me up and running in about half an hour. Very courteous, friendly, and professional.

My HVAC went out during the heatwave. I was able to get a visit scheduled the same day. They called to let me know they were on the way. Both guys were so nice. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and went over all my options after doing a diagnostic checkup. They were very thorough with their explanation and made sure I understood completely what I was looking at. I highly recommend them for your HVAC issues/service.

I know that I can trust them
We already have a service contract with R&M and today we were told that we needed a new unit. They have made our old unit work for several years until it didn鈥檛. John came today and gave us 3 options, of which we chose #2. It sounds like the best deal. John has been here before, and he is the nicest young man with a great deal of knowledge. We decided to go with a Lennox unit, which I read is in the top 3 best ones to own. I have always had great experiences with R&M, and I know that I can trust them. The price is great with a lot of added amenities.

I can truly depend on R&M Climate Control
This is my 2nd entry with service done by R&M Experts, and they did an excellent job installing a new water heater and expansion tank! And for whatever reason, Google would not allow me to add a new review, and therefore I attached it to the one done in 2023. My first service with R&M Climate was on 14 June 2023 by John and Ryan, who work for R&M Climate Control 天美传媒. In the years of dealing with this company, I've always been impressed by the punctuality, communication skills, their attention to detail, which goes along with their work ethics. My appreciation and satisfaction goes a long way when there is an air conditioner company I say that I can truly depend on. And that is R&M Climate Control 天美传媒!

Fast, professional, and straightforward
Got an appointment the next morning (scheduled at 11 p.m. the night before) after we replaced all the fuses and tried resets ourselves, and still couldn鈥檛 get our heat/cool unit working.
They were fast, professional, and straightforward! One was named Koby, but I forgot the other's name unfortunately.
Paid $350 ($99 diagnostic) all said and done for fixing our heating/cooling unit; it needed rewired (on the outside) as it was frayed and eroded. They fixed it in no time, made sure both heating and cooling worked, and got on their way.

He Does Excellent Work
Last week, Ryan Bennett of R&M did the semiannual maintenance on the HVAC system at my home. He took his time (at the end of a no-doubt tiring day of work) and was very thorough. He does excellent work. Goes above and beyond, really; at my request he fixed something for me that was outside what he had to do as an R&M agent. Also, Ryan is friendly, and patient in answering customer questions. Especially patient with English majors, like me. -- I highly recommend Ryan and R&M.
