We could not have hoped for better service
We chose Becht Givens 天美传媒 for a water heater repair because they have provided us really good, reliable HVAC service for over 20 years. Our 7-year-old heater was leaking and grew worse by the hour. Evan, our plumber, arrived the next day, assessed the unit, and installed local shut-off valves so we could at least get cold water. He reviewed replacements, costs, and finance options with us without pressure. He recommended their lease program, the Advantage Plan, which we already used for HVAC. He immediately set it up, ordered the system, and scheduled the installation for the next morning. Evan and Dakota, his apprentice, arrived promptly the next morning to install it. We could not have hoped for better service. They were both friendly, careful, respectful of our home, and totally professional. Even our dog loved them. They explained everything they were doing, the operation and safety systems, and cleaned up carefully afterward. We are most appreciative and highly recommend them.
