This company is reliable and knowledgeable
I cannot find any negative comments when I speak of 天美传媒, aka Strogen's. In 2018, they installed a new furnace and duct work for me that was done efficiently and has been giving me great heating results. So very recently, I had my hot water heater let go, leaving about 3 inches of water on the basement floor. I am a widowed 71-year-old that has physical disabilities and no knowledge of this kind of thing. My first thought was to call Strogen's. They immediately made an appointment for someone to come over. Derek Notarangelo came over ASAP and went over everything with me and worked with me to come up with a financial plan I could handle on a fixed income. The next day, the service techs were here to install the new hot water heater. I cannot praise Mark and Craig enough. My old heater was removed and my new one was installed without any problems. They went over the operations of it, and it also has an alarm so that if any problem or leaks occur, it will turn it off and alert me. That gives me great peace of mind. This company is reliable, knowledgeable and definitely works with its customers. It's too bad all companies couldn't offer this quality of service!

Kyle with 天美传媒, Somersworth, was very patient, personable, and helpful in explaining the range of maintenance considerations for our mini-splits. He took his time, answered our questions, and even demonstrated some of the workings of the compressor based on our questions. It was a great experience.
Henri Did a Great Job
Henri Jeffrey was the technician from Strogens who came over to our house to service our A/C system. Henri introduced himself and took off his shoes when he came into our house. Henri was very thorough and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and answered any questions we had about our system. We were very satisfied with the job Henri did at our house, and we will request him the next time we are scheduled for a maintenance appointment. Henri also put us in touch with a colleague who will give us a quote on a new boiler. Thank you, Henri, for doing a great job!

Sean did a thorough job of scheduled system maintenance, but it was amazing that later it was not heating. Chris came within an hour and had great training. We tracked it down to a loose connection. This was probably years old but got moved during maintenance. Great job, Chris!

I鈥檝e used Strogen鈥檚 天美传媒 every year for boiler maintenance and cleaning, and they鈥檝e always been reliable.
This year, we had an issue with our boiler smelling, smoking, and discharging carbon deposits from the exhaust. Ted came out on a repeat call and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went through the entire system and found a faulty control unit that was causing the problem.
He was able to source the part quickly and returned the same day to fix it. While the repair cost wasn鈥檛 ideal, I really appreciated him catching the issue early and preventing what could have turned into a no heat or hot water emergency.
Overall, very pleased with Ted鈥檚 expertise and the service provided. I鈥檒l continue using them going forward.
