They Were Able to Replace Within 24 Hours
We've worked with Canyon State for many years, so when our A/C needed replacement, it was natural to go with them. They were able to replace within 24 hours, which was great. As we've always experienced, their crews were knowledgeable and capable.
Because my wife is blind, we needed a thermostat which she could operate. Although it took several tries, Canyon State followed through until a compatible Lennox was found.
If they still offer the $1,000 debit card, be patient. The surprise was that the card needed an activation code, which came the week following the card. Although a process, it was nice to receive鈥攁nd nicer to use.
Very Friendly and Knowledgeable
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue, and treated us very respectfully. We will do business again.

Every employee I dealt with was wonderful
This review is long overdue, and I apologize for that. Back in late March, my stepmom鈥檚 air conditioning unit went out late on a Friday, and of course it was on the hottest weekend of March! I called Canyon State and they sent Fredrick out on Friday night. It was dark and he went up onto the roof to take a look (hard hat, headlight, and all), but unfortunately the unit was 38 years old and the whole unit needed to be replaced. We arranged to have a new unit installed on Monday. Everyone that I spoke with, from the office workers, Amy, Taylor, and Sabrina (yes, I called a lot), were polite and helpful. One gal was even working from home and was sick; that is dedication! The guys that were onsite were efficient and kept us up to date on the status. I really appreciated Ryan, Izzy, Dominic, and Antonio getting my stepmom鈥檚 air conditioner replaced and her place back to being livable again. Yes, we moved her out until it was cooled down. I called Canyon State after all of this and talked with a manager. I let them know that every employee I dealt with was wonderful and that starts at the top. So kudos to the management as well. Great team!! Now my nephew鈥檚 AC has gone out. I gave him your number, as I know he will be well taken care of as well. Thank you so much.

Great job by the service tech
I recently returned to CS for regular A/C maintenance on my 9-year-old Trane HP. Great job by the service tech in that he pointed out several things about my partially closed registers that made sense. That day I opened fully all registers and am confident it will make a difference in cooling. He also noticed that the PVC T-section had not been glued by those who replaced my roof in 2018. He did that, ensuring that no leaking water should occur when the humid monsoon season hits this year.
New review for 6/16/26. Found out today that my 16-year-old Trane will need to be replaced. Sad because it served me so well for all these years. Canyon State will be called in with their representative to tell me my options. Like how they do business even though they sold off to another company a while back. Their plumbers do good work as well. Farewell to the old Trane.

Jesus Was Fantastic
Jesus was fantastic! He answered all of our questions, including those related to ductwork and airflow. He was sincerely interested in assisting us in any way he could, while not making us feel rushed for him to immediately leave upon completion of our A/C tune-up, which, by the way, was an extensive checklist and system cleaning! The whole experience was wonderful with ease of scheduling and communication throughout! Thank you, Jesus and Canyon State AC and Plumbing.
We just had a second service appointment for a ductwork inspection and an estimate for possible repairs, as one of our registers was producing little or no airflow. We received both an email and a text confirmation that Ryan was on his way, and shortly thereafter, Ryan arrived鈥攃ourteous, polite, and professional. He first asked several questions and then went up into the attic to inspect and determine what was causing the blockage. After about 4鈥�5 minutes, Ryan found that the flex ductwork had a kink, restricting airflow to the register. Ryan proceeded to unkink the flex ductwork and neatly placed everything back in its place in the attic. After he finished and came back down, he told us there would be no charge for his remedying the situation, as that was the company's policy for such a simple result. Well done, Canyon State AC and Plumbing! And thank you, Ryan, for your integrity, honesty, and professionalism, all of which are hard to find these days! Many thanks again!
