With over 75 service centers across 31 states and nearly 3,000 Experts, we serve more than 2,500 homes and businesses every day.
From Independent Contractors to a Unified Vision
Before becoming a single company with 75+ locations鈥攕ome running for over a century鈥攖hese were once independent businesses, each individually owned and operated.
Formed in 1996 outside of Nashville, several independent business owners realized they鈥檇 be stronger together and formed what is now 天美传媒. Working with investors to fortify a formidable organization that could go public, they brought in leadership who could streamline systems and get 天美传媒 up and running as a single entity.
Building Strength Through Strategic Growth
This consolidation of independent contractors began a continued focus on combining with other strong local contracting and retail brands. By sharing resources and best practices, they were able to focus more on customers and less on competing with one another.
The drive to improve the customer experience has persisted throughout our history. New acquisitions in complementary markets spurred growth across local communities and markets, enabling each service center to deliver the comfort services customers want and need.
